Razor Tracking Announces New Integration with Trackunit
Trackunit integration allows Razor Tracking customers to connect with the ecosystem of construction into one platform, eliminating downtime.
Trackunit adds Razor Tracking data feed to its marketplace, giving customers a more complete view of their mixed fleets by combining telematics and equipment data into one platform. Razor Tracking customers now have the flexibility to import machine data into Trackunit Manager through live data feeds. Currently, many manufacturers have different ways of reporting machine data, but by bringing all of a customer’s equipment data into one platform, they can optimize fleet management and get fleet-wide insights to help inform business decisions.
Getting Connected
Trackunit is the driving force behind a connected construction industry, orchestrating the data and infrastructure that link people, assets, and processes in a seamless ecosystem. Through its unified platform, Trackunit transforms fragmented equipment data into actionable insights, empowering businesses to optimize fleet performance, enhance safety, and take another step toward eliminating downtime.

Razor Tracking streamlines fleet management through dispatching, driver location insights, details on equipment performance and video telematics for all industries. The company’s real-time vehicle tracking ensures crew members are on the correct job site and operating the equipment, increasing transparency. Managers can also gain peace of mind with an increased focus on safety through alerts for speeding vehicles, theft protection, harsh braking, poor driving, and weather overlays.
Why the Integration Works
“H&E Rentals needed a way to track the acres used with our agriculture rental equipment and an accurate way to bill our customers,” said Jake Barta, H&E Rentals Branch Manager in Lewistown, MT. “The integration of Razor Tracking with Trackunit is helpful for all our construction and agriculture rental equipment. It gives us a baseline to see the number of acres and close the contracts faster for the customer. It’s convenient to see where the pieces of equipment are on the map and pin the GPS coordinates to our driver to pick up the equipment.”
“We see the importance of integrating with Trackunit to offer enhanced data integration for our customers,” said Eric Mauch, Managing Partner of Razor Tracking. “With our software and GPS Tracking technology, this integration is focused on improving fleet management and aimed at boosting efficiency across industries.”
