Overview
Razor Tracking is recognized for offering an advanced fleet management and operations platform. We provide a powerful and easy-to-use platform to track vehicles and assets, helping customers manage their operations in any industry.
We are currently seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for strategizing and executing marketing activities to promote the Razor Tracking platform, brand, and products. The Marketing Manager contributes to the success of Razor Tracking by increasing qualified lead generation, driving customer retention strategies, and ideating additional opportunities to provide positive client-related outcomes.
core functions
- Responsible for all aspects of asset creation; from photography, videography, and sales collateral to press releases and print and digital ads
- Own the brand’s social media strategy, content curation, and publishing posting for high community engagement and long-term content promotion
- Liaise with creative teams to strategize lead generation and conversion opportunities through various CRMs and website campaign curation
- Increase brand awareness in multiple sales channels throughout the US and Canada
- Create and maintain printed and electronic customer-facing marketing resources such as product guides, one-pagers, and installation guides
- Assist the Go-To-Market Director in conducting market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data
- Target specific demographics and geographical regions to help promote and advertise new and existing products trends
- Assist with website functions including, but not limited to, updating, editing, monitoring, and tracking visitors for products. E.g., New pages, and call-to-action placement
- Assist with the involvement of trade shows and other events, as needed
- Other tasks and projects, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager
- Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing degree required
- Self-directed with the ability to complete multiple tasks promptly without constant guidance
- Strong organizational skills, great attention to detail, and ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs required
- Experience with Adobe Suite programs is a great bonus
- Strong knowledge of marketing tools, such as CRM systems and content management systems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take a proactive approach to status updates on current projects
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Previous experience with content writing, advertising, and social media required
- Valid driver’s license for minimal travel needed to gather marketing material or assist in trade shows
